Refund policy

We want you to keep learning because it helps, not because you have already paid. That is why every paid course from Skillmori Limited (技森有限公司) comes with a refund promise.

Full refund within 7 days

If the course is not right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of buying, with your order number. You don’t need to give a reason.

When the money arrives

We confirm within two working days and refund to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show it.

After 7 days

Course fees are not refundable after this window, unless we cancel or move a live class and you cannot make the new date. Then you choose between moving to another class and a full refund.

After a refund

Your course account and access to the student group are closed.
