Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Skillmori Limited (技森有限公司) collects through skillmori.site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.

What we collect

• When you sign up for a free class: your name, email and WhatsApp number if you give it.
• When you buy a course: your name, email, phone number, billing address and the course you bought.
• Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To send class links and materials, set up your course account, answer your questions, take payments and refunds, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the classes: our server and email providers, Zoom, and our payment provider. Our website runs behind Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for seven years for accounting purposes. Free class sign-ups are deleted after two years if you have not bought a course.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and stop our emails at any time by replying STOP. Send requests to [email protected].
